Status

What PANOPT's own build recorded about each part of the service. Every Situation Monitor build judges each layer against the build's own clock and writes the result to a status file; this page shows the latest one. If that file is more than 45 minutes old, this page does not guess: it says the status is unknown.

Layer states are judged at build time, not against your clock, so a reading that was on schedule at the build stays described as of that build. A layer that cannot see is shown as blind, never as a quiet reading. What each instrument measures and cannot see: the method. What changed and when: the changelog.
