Everything PANOPT publishes is general information prepared without taking into account your objectives, financial situation or needs. Nothing on the service is a recommendation or opinion intended to influence you in making any decision about any financial product, and nothing is tailored to you. Market-direction language anywhere in the service ("bullish", "bearish", "market lean", technical reads) describes how the market is behaving or pricing events — it is never an instruction or suggestion to trade. PANOPT does not hold an Australian Financial Services Licence and does not provide financial product advice, dealing, or any other financial service. Before acting on any information, consider its appropriateness to your own circumstances and seek advice from a licensed professional.
PANOPT aggregates public news and market data, scores it with automated systems (including AI models), and presents it for your information. Outputs are generated automatically, can be wrong, late, or incomplete, and may be revised or corrected after publication — corrections are shown in the app. Price data comes from third-party feeds and may differ from official exchange prices. The paper-trading account is a simulation PANOPT runs on its own AI as a public transparency test of the system's output. Its figures are hypothetical performance: they do not represent real trading, do not reflect all real-world costs and market conditions, and are not indicative of future performance. It is not a model portfolio and is not something to copy or follow.
You agree not to treat any PANOPT output — alerts, scores, verification labels, briefs, market leans, technical reads, the simulated account, or anything else — as the basis for any trading or investment decision. Any decision you make in any market is made solely on your own judgment and at your own risk.
You are responsible for your login credentials and for activity under your account. One account per person; don't share, resell, or redistribute PANOPT content or data feeds without written permission.
Paid access is billed monthly through Stripe. Pro is US$25/month and includes one intelligence pack. Premium is US$35/month and adds a second intelligence pack; Premium becomes available when a second market pack goes live. Prices are in US dollars and are shown at checkout before you pay. You can cancel any time from Settings via the billing portal; access continues to the end of the paid period and does not renew after that. If we change the price of a plan you are subscribed to, we will tell you before it takes effect. Statutory rights, including under the Australian Consumer Law, are unaffected.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PANOPT is not liable for trading losses or any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law.
