When you create an account we collect your email address and a password (stored as a salted hash — we never see it). If you enable notifications we store a push token for your device or browser. We record basic usage events (sign-ins, feature opens) to understand what's useful and keep the service healthy. If you purchase a subscription, payment is handled by Stripe — card details go to Stripe directly and never touch our servers.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with advertisers or data brokers. We do not track you across other sites or apps.
Account data and app content are processed by Supabase (managed database and authentication). Payments are processed by Stripe. Push delivery uses your platform's notification service (Apple, Google, or your browser's push provider). Our web infrastructure uses Cloudflare and Netlify.
We keep account data while your account exists. You can delete your account at any time from inside the app: Settings → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and permanent — it removes your profile, saved alerts, trade journal and notification registrations, and cancels any active subscription. If you would rather we did it for you, or you can no longer sign in, email admin@panopt.online from your account address and we will action it within 30 days.
